Prior
to joining Methfessel & Werbel in March 2008, Mr. Mejer’s primary
focus was on commercial litigation, Tort Claims Act defense litigation,
and land use planning and zoning board approvals. Mr. Mejer has made
appearances on behalf of clients in New Jersey and New York state and
federal courts.
Mr. Mejer is a member of the property coverage
team at Methfessel & Werbel and handles cases in environmental,
first and third party coverage, and subrogation. Additionally, Mr.
Mejer has argued before the Appellate Division including one that was
approved for publication.
Mr. Mejer is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew

Kimberly S. Mejer
Ms.
Mejer received an undergraduate degree in Comparative
Literature from Brandeis University in 1992 and a
Master’s Degree in French and Romance Philology from
Columbia University in 1994. She received her Juris
Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2001. She began her
law career working as a litigator for general civil
litigation firms in New York City, including the Law
Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff and the firm of Feldman,
Kronfeld & Beatty
Ms. Mejer is currently employed by the firm of Callan,
Koster, Brady & Brennan, LLP, Shrewsbury, New Jersey.
Ms. Mejer concentrates her area of practice in general
civil litigation and insurance defense.
While in law school, Ms. Mejer interned at the New York
State Attorney General's Office and The Children's Law
Center. She is a member of the New York State Bar
Association and is admitted to practice before the
Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey.
